Yum Yum – Sheffield

Due to increasing business pressure this restaurant decided to extend their existing premises as part of a large upgrade scheme. We were asked quite late on into the project to assist with their planning application regards the proposed ventilation scheme. The difficulty was that the restaurant wanted to ventilate the kitchen but were unusually restricted by the local planning authority guidance in that the vent work could not exceed a certain height. We therefore provided 3D visuals for the restaurant to submit in order to achieve the approval necessary before ultimately manufacturing and installing the system.
