The Agricultural, Penrith

In November and at very short notice we were approached and asked to assist with the semi-refurbishment of an existing kitchen at a prime location in the centre of Penrith. The brief from the customer was to survey the existing kitchen equipment and reuse it much as possible but to understand that the new cookline would be all-electric for future energy benefits. Anything beyond economical repair was to be replaced and additional equipment where necessary was to be included. We produced an itemised M&E services drawing that was subjected to approval before being distributed to other contractors. The kitchen work was delivered on time and to budget.
