We were asked by a very busy London-based restaurant to look at putting a bespoke dishwash area into a small and unused alcove that was off shot from the main kitchen but used only for the storage of boxes.
The area was surveyed prior to the production of any fabrications so that we could ensure a tight fit that did not clash with any existing access cupboards, surface mounted services or columns. The tabling itself was manufactured and supplied in sections so that it could be assembled on location (this was necessary for ingress into the building). We provided and installed wall shelving along with dishwash tabling to increase the overall storage capacity in the tight space.
The dishwasher itself was set up as a corner feed machine as can be seen on the images provided.
