The White Swan, Bewdley is a friendly and welcoming pub and grill in the centre of beautiful Bewdley. It recently underwent a major refurbishment during a month-long closure. Part of the refurbishment was to include a small all-electric food production kitchen facility into an existing room.
Our initial visit involved taking detailed information regarding the building M&E services available, the access feasibility and the specific room dimensions and ceiling heights. From this we were able to submit a proposed layout design for approval. Once this was accepted, we produced a full M&E Services drawing for the main contractor (copies attached).
Fox reused an existing extraction canopy but replaced the fan. We manufactured and supplied all the bespoke st/steel fabrications. We supplied Lincat prime cooking equipment and Blizzard chilled/frozen storage.
